Defendant Great Lakes Chemical Corporation ("Great Isekes") moves to withdraw
its Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order and/or Expedited Preliminary injunction
(the "Motion") (DJ. 67).
The parties have agreed to a mechanism that addresses the concerns raised by
Great Lakes in its Motion. Great Lakes therefore respectfully withdraws its pending
Motion. Plaintiff E.I, du Pont de Nemours and Company consents to this withdrawal.
