I, Joan Grace, state as follows upon information and belief:

As Administrator of the Estate of William E. Harvey, duly appointed by the Boulder

District Court, State of Colorado, I expressly approve my actions in dealing with Estate matters prior to my formal appointment. 2. At the time of my prior actions, I believed that under the laws of the State of

California, I was the personal representative even though no formal procedures were required to be instituted for such a small estate. 3. Under the laws of the State of Colorado, and now that an informal probate action has

been commenced in Boulder District Court, I expressly approve my own prior actions in instituting a wrongful death case on behalf of the Estate in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. 4. In said case, the Estate is seeking to recover monetary compensation and damages

which can only be beneficial to the Estate.
