RENEWED MOTION TO DISMISS OR TRANSFER Defendant Lumatec Industries, Inc. ("Lumatec") hereby moves, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(2), 12(b)(3) and 28 U.S.C. ยง1404(a) to dismiss this action for lack of personal jurisdiction over the defendant or, in the alternative, to transfer this action to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, and for an award of attorney's fees in connection herewith. The bases for this motion are set forth in Lumatec's opening brief in support of this motion, filed contemporaneously herewith.
