PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned counsel for Plaintiff the United States will take the deposition of Robert Einung at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 8, 2005, at the office of the United States Attorney located at 1225 17th Street, Suite 700, Denver, Colorado. The deposition shall proceed by oral examination and, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 30, be recorded by a certified shorthand reporter. The deposition shall continue from day to day as necessary. Failure to attend the deposition as scheduled, or failure to answer questions propounded fully and completely, may result in a court order striking some or all of your answers or defenses, holding you in contempt of court, admitting those matters or facts not fully answered, awarding costs and fees, and such other orders as the Court deems just.
