The Court finds no grounds upon which to reconsider the Order of August 25, 2004, since Plaintiff' August 17, 2004, objection was denied on the merits as well as s on timeliness grounds. Further, Plaintiff did not request an extension prior to filing his August 17, 2004, objection, and did not mention any need for more time to file supplemental materials in the three-page objection which he did file.
