THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Unopposed Motion of Movant, Twentieth Century Mortgage, Inc., for a 30 day extension of time to file its Response to the Notice of Forfeiture from December 8, 2005 to January 7, 2006, and the Court finds that said motion is well taken, is not opposed by the United States of America, and should be granted. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Motion of Twentieth Century Mortgage, Inc. for a 30 day extension of time to file its Response to the Notice of Forfeiture is hereby granted and Movant shall have until January 7, 2006 to file its Response.
