Onsager, Onsager & Staelin, LLC, hereby files its Unopposed Motion for a five -day extension of time to file its Response to the Notice of Forfeiture from January 7, 2005 to January 12, 2006, for the reason that Movant and its counsel require additional time to prepare a response. Movant s counsel has conferred with JAMES S. RUSSELL, Assistant United States Attorney and Chief of the Asset Forfeiture Unit, and discussed the proposed motion, and Mr. Russell, on behalf of MATTHEW T. KIRSCH, Assistant United States Attorney, stated that the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA will not oppose the motion.
