Purolator Products, NA, Adversary No. 01 -2906 has now been settled by the parties and
approved by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on February 8,
2005. The instant dismissal is submitted in accordance with the parties settlement.
The Appeal should be marked as dismissed with prejudice and the above captioned
matter closed.
