That except as limited by the Government, in Government' reply s to defendant' objections to Expert Witness List [#518], at page 3, s paragraph 13, at page 6, paragraph 9, and at page 7, paragraph 10, defendant Schmidt' objections to expert witness testimony s [#497], filed July 22, 2005, is overruled, and defendant Smiths' joinder in defendant Schmidt' objections to expert witness s testimony of Phillip A. [#502], filed July 29, 2005, is overruled as to defendant Smith' objections and is denied as to Schmidt' s s Motion to Disqualify. That as to defendant Smith' statement as to expert witness for trial s [#892], filed November 3, 2006, the Government' response [#946], s defendant Smith' reply [977], and the Government' sur reply s s [#1049], are taken under advisement.
