Comes now the Defendant, Charles Franklin Lewis, through his undersigned counsel, Ronald Gainor, who files this Motion to Join in the Responses of Defendants Norman Schmidt and George Alan Weed to Government's Second Supplement to James Proffer and, in support, would allege the following: 1. Counsel for Defendant's Norman Schmidt and George Alan Weed have both filed responses to the Government's Second Supplement to James Proffer. These responses can be found at Doc. 689 and Doc. 690 respectively. 2. These responses are equally applicable and relevant to Defendant Charles Franklin Lewis's position in regard to the proffer.
