The sentencing hearing previously set for September 7, 2007, is VACATED, and is continued without date. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel for the government shall include counsel for defendant Charles Lewis in the conference call set for July 31, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. in order to reset defendant Lewis' sentencing hearing.
