The United States of America, by Troy A. Eid, United States Attorney for the District of Colorado, and through Patricia Davies, Assistant United States Attorney, hereby files the Government's Non-opposition Regarding Early Termination of Probation for Defendant Lasonji Linnear, and notes the following: 1. On or about July 23, 2004, the defendant, Lasonji Linnear was placed under the supervision of the United States Probation Office for a period of three years. 2. On or about August 9, 2006, a petition for early termination of probation was filed regarding defendant Linnear. 3. The undersigned Assistant United States Attorney has consulted with the assigned United States Probation Officer as to Ms. Linnear's compliance with the terms
