UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE OF STATUS CONFERENCE

COMES NOW the plaintiff, Linda M. Piercy, by and through her attorney, Stefan Kazmierski, of Roseman & Kazmierski, LLC, and moves the Court to reschedule the Status Conference set for July 20, 2007 at 9:30 a.m. As grounds, plaintiff shows: 1. An Order recently issued scheduling a Status Conference for July 20, 2007 at 9:30 a.m. 2. Undersigned counsel has a long planned camping trip to the Grand Canyon with his son scheduled for the week of July 16, 2007. Undersigned counsel would be willing to attend the hearing by phone, but cell phone coverage is probably spotty and unreliable. 3. Undersigned counsel is authorized to state that opposing counsel does not object to a continuance of the Status Conference, but wishes the Court to be advised that she has scheduled a vacation from July 21 through July 28, 2007. WHEREFORE, plaintiff requests that the Status Conference currently scheduled for July 20, 2007 at 9:30 a.m. be rescheduled. Respectfully submitted, this 8th day of June 2007.
