ORDER REGARDING UNOPPOSED MOTION IN LIMINE NUMBER ONE TO EXCLUDE EVIDENCE OF INSURANCE

THIS MATTER coming before the Court on Defendant's Unopposed Motion in

Limine Number One To Exclude Evidence of Insurance, and the Court being fully

advised in the premises,
HEREBY ORDERS that the Motion is GRANTED. Plaintiffs shall refrain from
offering any evidence and from making any argument or statement in the jury's

presence concerning Defendant's insurance coverage and policy. If Plaintiffs believe
evidence of Defendant's insurance becomes relevant for rebuttal or impeachment

purposes, Plaintiffs are directed to raise the issue with the Court outside the presence of the jury and Plaintiffs shall not make any argument or statement in the jury's presence
concerning Defendant's insurance coverage and policy unless authorized by the Court.
