I am over the age of 18 and competent to make this affidavit. I hereby swear under the penalty of perjury to the following facts: 1. Montana. My name is Roberta Pulse and I reside at 316 North

2. I worked at Larry Miller Toyota and tlle Larry Miller Used Car Superstore in Denver as the Comptroller/Office Manager from June 29, 1999 to June 2001. As a Comptroller I was responsible for managing the day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting flIDctions for the dealerships, supervising payroll, and I pertbrmed other functions. 3. During my employment, in addition to reporting to the general managers of the dealership, I reported to Richard Dickert, and Clark Whitworth, Corporate Controller and CFO respectively for the Lany H. Miller Group in Utah. Richard Dickert made visits to the store On numerous occasions to oversee the accounting operations for corporate, and I cormnunicated via telephone with Mr. Dickert regularly. Clark Wbitworth made one visit to our store in about April or May of2001 and I had daily contact with him via email. 4. The Denver dealerships, Larry Miller Toyota and Larry Miller Used Car Superstore, employed approximately 90 people in December of 1999 and throughout 2000. The number of employees January through June 2001 at the Denver dealerships was between 80 and 100 employees. At no time during my employment did the Denver dealerships employ fewer than 15 employees. I know this information because I managed the office.
