WHEREAS, Plaintiff, Wallace E. Harden (“Harden”), a prisoner
housed at the Delaware Correctional Center, filed this lawsuit
pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983;
WHEREAS, on February 27, 2006, Plaintiff filed an Amended
Complaint (D.I. 15);
WHEREAS, on January ll, 2007, Plaintiff filed a “Proposed
Amended Complaint" which is shorter in length than the Amended
Complaint, but which contains identical pages as in the Amended
Complaint (D I. 25);
THEREFORE, at Wilmington this $2__ day of May, 2007, IT IS
HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. The “Proposed Amended Complaint" (D.I. 25) is STRICKEN
as duplicative.
2. Plaintiff is placed on notice that repetitive requests
for relief that the Court has already determined are without
merit will not be accepted for docketing.
