Colo. LCivR 7.1A Undersigned counsel has conferred with Plaintiff's counsel regarding the relief requested in this motion. Plaintiff's counsel does not object to the relief requested. Undersigned counsel attempted to confer with counsel for Defendant Steve Barwick, but was not able to obtain his position regarding the relief requested. 1. A settlement conference is scheduled in this case with Magistrate Judge Craig B. Shaffer on August 1, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. 2. The adjuster for the insurance company providing Defendant Aspen/Pitkin County Housing Authority's representation is located in Arizona.

Because of settlement authority issues, the adjuster, Mike Zobrist's presence at the settlement conference is required by court order.

This Defendant requests the adjuster be allowed to appear at the settlement conference by telephone due to schedule conflicts and travel restrictions.
