UNOPPOSED MOTION BY THE UNITED STATES' MOTION FOR ORDER RESCHEDULING FINAL TRIAL PREPARATION CONFERENCE TO SEPTEMBER 7, 8, OR 9, 2005 Pursuant to D.C. Colo. L. Civ. R. 6.1 and 7.1, the United States respectfully requests the Court to reschedule the final trial preparation conference to September 7, 8, or 9, 2005. In support, the United States says: 1. This Court has scheduled the final trial preparation conference for September 6, 2005. The undersigned's daughter is traveling to France to spend her junior year in high school. She leaves Boston on September 8, 2005. The undersigned seeks to spend the entire Labor Weekend with her, September 3 - 5. Therefore, the undersigned requests that the September 6, 2005 final trial preparation conference be rescheduled to September 7, 8, or 9. 2. Randy Overley's counsel, Ty Gee, and David B. St. Germain assent to rescheduling the final trial preparation conference to September 7, 8, or 9.
