Ridgefield is not dismissing any of its remaining counterclaims against Plaintiff and Counterclaim Defendant PPI. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff and Counterclaim Defendant Prairieland Processors, Inc., Defendant and Counterclaim Plaintiff Ridgefield Farms, LLC , and Individual Counterclaim Defendants Eldon Roth, Regina Roth, Kevin LaFleur and Donald Babcock, stipulate that each of Ridgefield's counterclaims against each of the Individual Counterclaim Defendants, Eldon Roth, Regina Roth, Kevin LaFleur and Don Babcock, be dismissed, with each party to pay its, his or her own attorneys' fees and costs.
