Plaintiff Prairieland Processors, Inc., submits the following objections to Defendants' Supplemental Submission of designation of the deposition testimony of Rick Damore for use at the trial commencing March 6, 2006. As used herein, "P" refers to the page number of the deposition transcript, and "L" refers to the line number of the deposition transcript.
