IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLORADO Criminal Case No. 03-cr-00519-LTB-1 UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, v.
1. MARY JOE HUNT,

Defendant.

GOVERNMENT'S UNOPPOSED MOTION TO CONTINUE SUPERVISED RELEASE VIOLATION HEARING

Comes now the United States of America, by and through Joshua Stein, Assistant United States Attorney, and moves to continue the supervised release violation hearing currently set for May 19, 2006: 1. Government counsel will be out of town for training that entire week. The current hearing date was agreed to in error by the government. The government apologizes for the oversight and subsequent inconvenience to the Court and parties. 2. Defense counsel does not oppose resetting the supervised release violation hearing. 3. Both counsel have cleared a tentative date of May 25, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. with the Court's chambers as amenable to all concerned.
