MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL OF RECORD FOR PLAINTIFFS' SPA UNIVERSAIRE AND VACATION TAN & TRAVEL

The Plaintiffs, by and through their undersigned counsel, respectfully move this Court for its Order allowing the withdrawal of Tamara K. Vincelette as counsel for Plaintiffs, Spa Universaire, Vacation Tan & Travel, et. al., pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCiv R 83.3. This Motion is based upon the following: 1. Attorney Tamara K. Vincelette is no longer employed at the same firm as Mr. McMahon, local counsel for Plaintiffs. 2. Thomas P. McMahon has left the employ of Powers Phillips, PC, and is now with the law

firm of Jones & Keller and continues to serve as local counsel of record for Plaintiffs. 3. No party will be prejudiced by the granting of the requested withdrawal.
