Defendant Regis Jesuit High School Corporation d/b/a Regis Jesuit High School (" Defendant" through its attorneys, Campbell Bohn Killin Brittan & Ray, LLC, ), respectfully submits the following Unopposed Motion to Reschedule Conference set for February 13, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. As grounds for this motion, Defendant states as follows: Certificate of Compliance with D.C.COLO.LCivR 7.1A On February 8, 2006, counsel for Defendant conferred with counsel for Plaintiff. Counsel for Plaintiff states that she does not oppose this motion provided the conference can be rescheduled to February 15, 2006.

Pursuant to the Order on Defendant' Motion For Summary Judgment, a s

scheduling conference in the above-captioned matter is set for February 13, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. 2. Lead counsel for Defendant, Michael G. Bohn, will be attending a

previously scheduled deposition in California on that day and is therefore unable to attend. 3. Accordingly, Defendant requests that the scheduling conference be reset

to Wednesday, February 15, 2006. All parties are available if the matter can be reset on February 15, 2006. Defendant' counsel spoke with the Court' Clerk, who indicated s s that the Court may be available on February 15, 2006, for the scheduling conference. 4. In compliance with D.C.COLO.LCivR 6.1D, a copy of this Motion is being

served upon the client of undersigned. WHEREFORE, Defendant respectfully requests that the scheduling conference, now set for February 13, 2006, at 11:00 am, be vacated and rescheduled to Wednesday, February 15, 2006, at a time to be determined by the Court.
