ORDER APPOINTING FEDERAL PUBLIC DEFENDER

This matter is before the court on Kay Sieverding' motion to appoint the Federal Public s Defender to represent her (#895). The implicit minor premise of her argument is that she faces a substantial risk of incarceration as a result of Defendants' renewed contempt proceedings. The court agrees with her premise and also with her major premise ­that a person facing this risk should be represented by counsel. Although Ms. Sieverding' motion does not adequately s address her financial status, the court infers that sanctions already entered against her probably render her sufficiently indigent. It is therefore ORDERED that the Federal Public Defender, 633 18th Street, 10th Floor, Denver, Colorado, 80202, telephone 303-294-2002, is hereby appointed to represent the defendant in the
