On this date, undersigned counsel tried to confer with counsel regarding their

available dates for moving the trial conference to a date earlier than September 1, 2005 . Counsel were unavailable for various reasons and messages were left with each office. 2. Undersigned counsel is scheduled to be out of the country from August 31, 2005

through September 7, 2005 . Michael Wathen, who is also listed as counsel of record will be in trial on September l, 2005 . Scott P . Landry of this office will no longer be working for Ray Lego & Associates on September 1, 2005 .
