Dear Judge Jordan: Yesterday, the aforementioned case was brought to my attention by counsel for the State, Aaron Goldstein, Esquire. I spoke with counsel for the plaintiff, Sean Hayes, Esquire, regarding the pending default judgment against Dr. Alie.
