Dear Judge Robinson:
I am pleased to report that the parties have reached a tentative agreement to resolve the
above referenced litigation. Counsel for the plaintiffs is currently in the process of obtaining
approval of the class settlement from the various class members. As the parties anticipate that
they will soon be in a position to submit a stipulation of settlement for the Court's consideration,
counsel for the parties believes there is no need to go forward with the pretrial conference
scheduled for September 1 and that the trial may be removed from the Court's calendar.
Counsel is available at the Court's convenience should Your Honor have any questions.
