ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT COLORADO BAR ASSOCIATION'S MOTION FOR COSTS AND ATTORNEY FEES This matter came before the Court upon review of the "Defendant Colorado Bar Association's Motion for Costs and Attorneys' Fees" filed August 12, 2003 in the above captioned matter. No objection has been filed by plaintiff or any of the other parties to this 1

litigation, objecting to the application for attorney's fees by the defendant, Colorado Bar Association. The Court has reviewed the motion and finds that the fees requested are reasonable and should be awarded, pursuant to this Court's July 28, 2003 "Order Adopting Report and Recommendation of Magistrate Judge" (Docket No. 54) in which the Court sanctioned plaintiff by requiring him to pay all of the defendants' reasonable attorney's fees in defense of this matter. Accordingly, it is therefore ORDERED that the "Defendant Colorado Bar Association's Motion for Costs and Attorneys' Fees" shall be, and hereby is, GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that the defendant Colorado Bar Association shall be, and is awarded the total amount of $4,756.19 as and for reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred in defense of this litigation.
