STATUS REPORT AND UNCONTESTED REQUEST FOR FURTHER STAY TO OCTOBER 17, 2005

COME NOW the Plaintiffs through undersigned counsel and provides this Status Report: The parties requested and were granted a stay of all proceedings currently before the Court until September 1, 2005. The parties are still involved in confidential mediated settlement negotiations before the Tenth Circuit Mediation Service, and require additional time to complete those negotiations. The parties now anticipate successful resolution by October 17, 2005 and ask
