Defendant' oral motion to continue sentencing is granted. s Sentencing is continued to October 5, 2006, at 1:30 p.m., in Denver. Defendant may be released on a PR bond pending sentencing. Drug treatment, drug testing and reporting shall be conditions of the bond. The Magistrate Judge shall set the PR bond. Ms. Walker may make additional recommendations to the Magistrate Judge concerning the conditions of the PR bond. Defendant may go to Phoenix, Arizona.
