On behalf of all parties, we submit this joint letter to follow up on our call to Chambers
yesterday afternoon regarding the parties’ request that the tutorial, presently scheduled for
_ December 22, 2006, be postponed indefinitely.
As Mr. Grimm (on Honeywell’s behalf:) and I (on behalf ofthe Manufacturer Defendants)
explained, pursuant to the Scheduling Order, the claim construction hearing is not scheduled to
E proceed until August 30, 2007, giving the parties andthe Court plenty of time to reschedule the
tutorial should the need arise. A proposed Stipulation is attached for the Couit’s review.
