Defendant Arima Display Corporation ("Arima Display"), by and through its
undersigned counsel, and pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. i2(b)(2), hereby moves this Court for entry
of an order disrrrissing this action as to Mime Display for lack of personal jurisdiction. The
