variety of rcscarcb, manufacturing and general management positions directly involved
with Kodaiis professional and consumer imaging business. Among the positions I have
held at Kodak, I have served as Business Opamtions Mnoagmr ofKocla,k’s Digital Capture,

Printing I-Iar Film imaging Systems. By virtue of these positions, I am familiar with Kodek’s
electronic product design end manufectulrlng actixdties, including, but not limited to,
those relaxing to I<»odek’s digital still camera products.
3. Kodak is in the business of; among other things, the zmmufecmre and sale
of digital still cameras., including digital cameras that contain an LCD screen.
4. Kodak does not, not has it ever, designed, manufactured or assembled any
of the LCD screens that are attached to any Kodak btenci product, including digital still
cameras. Rather, Kodak purchesm all of the LCD screens iiom outside suppliers and
mamxfecturem.
5. Pursuant to Section i.746 of Title 23 of the United States Code, I declare
the foregoing to be true and correct under the penalties of perjury ofthe United States of
America.
