Appearing before the Court were Michael Newlee, Esq., counsel for Plaintiff Amy Sherlock, and Christopher Hoffman, Esq., counsel for Defendant Sepracor, Inc. After consulting with counsel and discussing compliance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 1. 2. The Rule 26(f) conference shall be completed on or before July 28, 2008. A Discovery Plan shall be lodged with the chambers of the Honorable Louisa S Porter via email to [email protected] on or before August 8, 2008. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(1)(A-D), initial disclosures shall be made on or before August 15, 2008.
