l. Currently pending before this Court is the Motion to Dismiss [Adversary Docket
No. 24] filed by Defendants on April 26, 2004 and the Motion ibr Summary Judgment
[Adversary Docket No. 98] tiled by Plaintiff on May 20, 2004. U
2. The time within which the Defendants may answer or otherwise respond to the
amended complaint is extended to and including ten (I 0) days alter the Court issues a ruling on
Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss.

3. The time within which the Defendants may respond to the PlaintifPs Motion for
