Therefore, Jenny Craig International, Inc. is not an existing entity. Jenny Craig, Inc., is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jenny Craig Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Jenny Craig Holdings, Inc., in turn, is a whollyowned subsidiary of Nestlé Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
