ACKNOWLEDGEMENT The undersigned parties affirm to the Court that the foregoing Conclusions of Law incorporate the parties' complete and full agreement for marital termination to resolve all issues in this dissolution case, and upon approval and entry by the court, shall constitute the judgment and decree for marriage dissolution for all purposes. Furthermore, the parties assert that the facts stated in the Findings of Fact are true and accurate, that each party has fully disclosed the nature and extent of his or her property, debts, and income, and that this agreement is based upon that full and fair disclosure. The parties ask the Court to enter judgment in strict conformity with the foregoing and, so long as the Court does so, the parties agree that this matter may proceed as by default.
