Pursuant to Local Civil Rule 40.1(e), Plaintiff JENS E. The matter was never served and was dismissed. Sorensen et al v. International Trade Commission et al. 427 F.3d 1375 (Fed.Cir., 2005). After the Federal Circuit ruled in patentee's favor, the parties settled and dismissed.
