Re: Teleglobe Communications Cot*gor·ntlor1,__et__nl. v. BCE Inc., et al.,
CLA. No. 04~l266~SLR
Dent George:
Some time ego we spoke relating to the idea of using depositions taken in Canada as
though they were taken in this proceeding Having given some consideration to those
depositions, I new propose that we stipulate that the depositions of the following individuals, atl
previously taken by BCE in the banlc proceedings, may he used as though they were noticed and
taken in this proceecting. Of course, this stipulation would be without prejudice to either side to
attempt to tatce other or further testimony {either via deposition or at trial) frorn any ofthe
individuals named The depositions about which I propose we stipulate are as Follows:
Glenn Rourke lantes Mahaffy
Peter Chauvin Alain Desrochers
Adam Howard Yvon Jeghers
Amos Simpson Rod Smith
Please advise at your eariy convenience as to whether you woutd be wiliing to enter into
strch a stipulation.
