NAME OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP Use the exact name of the limited partnership as filed with the Secretary of State. WHO MAY SIGN All general partners must sign the cancellation of certificate of limited partnership. NUMBER OF COPIES Submit one originally signed and two exact or conformed copies. (May be photocopies). Two file-stamped copies will be returned to the limited partnership as evidence of the filing.
