STIPULATION EXTENDING TIME FOR DEFENDANT TO ANSWER PLAINTIFFS' COMPLAINT Plaintiffs and Defendant, by and through their attorneys of record, hereby stipulate

3 to continue the date within which Defendant must Answer the Complaint filed by Plaintiffs 4 in this case from July 8, 2008 to August 7, 2008. 5 Defendant's counsel will be on vacation until end of July, 2008 and Plaintiffs' 6 counsel has therefore graciously agreed to extend the time within which Defendant must 7 answer Plaintiffs Complaint until August 7, 2008. 8 This is Defendant's first request for an extension of time to file an Answer in this 9 case.
