Plaintiff did not appear for the case management conference and did not file a case management statement. In addition, Plaintiff has not filed proof of service on the Defendants. Rather, Plaintiff filed a Notice of Related Action stating that this matter is related to In re Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) Antitrust Litigation, 07-5944-SC. However, Plaintiff has not filed a proper motion to relate this case to In Re Cathode Ray Tube Antitrust Litigation. See N.D. Civ. L.R. 3-12(b). Accordingly, Plaintiff is HEREBY ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE why this case should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute. Plaintiff's response to this Order shall be due on May 27, 2008.
