Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, filed a complaint concerning the conditions of his confinement at the California State Prison in Lancaster, California, where he is currently incarcerated. Accordingly, the acts complained of occurred in Los Angeles County, which lies within the venue of the Central District of California. Therefore, venue properly lies in the Central District and not in this court. See 28 U.S.C. § 1391(b). Therefore, this case is TRANSFERRED to the United States District Court for the Central District of California. See 28 U.S.C. § 1406(a).
