counsel, and the pleadings on file, this Court FINDS that good cause exists for granting the Motion; WHEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that these proceedings are stayed until the United States Patent and Trademark Office has completed its reexamination proceedings of the patents in issue; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel for Midcom shall notify the Court when the reexamination proceedings have been completed.
