Adam Hiller, being over the age of eighteen years and having knowledge of the matters
set forth herein, states:
1. I am an attorney for the plaintiff BBO Liquidation Corp. ("Plaintiff"), as
successor-in—interest to BroadBand Office, Inc. ("BEO"), in the abovecaptioned civil action.
My office is located at Pepper Hamilton LLP, 1.313 Market Street, Suite 5100, Wilmington,
Delaware 19801. I have personal knowledge oi and iiill capacity to testify about, the facts
stated in this Affidavit. The facts stated herein are true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
2. According to the Complaint tiled in this case, the amount due to Plaintiff by
defendant AMERILINK LLC F/I sem certain amount of $33,515.62. `
