the Supreme Court in MetLife v. Glen, the parties shall file simultaneous three (3) page
submissions to the Court regarding the effect of that decision.
Local Counsel are reminded oftheir obligations to inform out—of-state
counsel of this Order. To avoid the imposition of sanctions, counsel shall advise the
Court immediately of any problems regarding compliance with this Order.
