25 For the reasons stated in Defendant’s Memorandum of Points and Authorities, and based
Q6 on the authority cited therein, Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment is hereby GRANTED.
27 The Court linds no genuine disputed issues of material fact and determines that Plaintiffs claims
