2 1 On or about January 29, 2007, in the Northern District of California, the defendant,
2 2 JOAKELLE PORTER,
2 3 did knowingly and intentionally possess in excess of 5 grams of a mixture and substance
24 containing cocaine base in the form of "crack," in violation of Title 21, United States
25 Code, Section 844(a).

2 On or about J anuary 29, 2007, in the Northern District of California, the defendant,
3 JOAKELLE PORTER,
4 having been convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one
5 year, did knowingly possess a firearm, to wit: a Walther PPK 9mm semi-automatic pistol,
6 serial # 021798, in and affecting commerce, in violation of Title 18, United States Code,
7 Section 922(g)(l).

9 FORFEITURE ALLEGATION: (18 U.S.C. § 924 (d)(l))
10 1. The factual allegations contained in Count Two of this Information are
11 realleged and incorporated as if fully set forth here.
12 2. Upon a conviction for the offense alleged in Count Two above, the
13 defendant,
14 J OAKELLE PORTER,
15 shall forfeit to the United States any firearm and ammunition involved in or used in any
16 knowing violation of said offense, including but not limited to the following property: a
17 Walther PPK 9mm semi-automatic pistol, serial # 021798.
18 All in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 924(d)(l).
