An application for pretrial rehabilitation of the Defendant named above has been filed by the Defendant Assistant State's Attorney (Prosecutor) under Connecticut General Statute 54-56e. The Defendant is presently charged with the Crime(s) or Motor Vehicle Violation(s) stated above. If the Court grants pretrial rehabilitation to the Defendant, the Defendant will be put on probation for a period of time set by the Court, but not for more than 2 (two) years. If the period of probation set by the Court is satisfactorily completed, the charges against the Defendant will be dismissed.
