PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 30 of the Federal Rules of Civil
Procedure, Defendants Syngenta Seeds, Inc., Syngenta Biotechnology, Inc., Golden Harvest
Seeds, hic., Garwvood Seed Co., Golden Seed Company, L.L.C., Sommer Bros. Seed Company,
Thorp Seed Co., and J C Robinson Seeds, Inc. (collectively "Syngenta") will take the deposition
of Chuck Gasser by oral examination using video tape, audio tape, and/or stenographic means,
